About Northwest Double Dutch

We are dedicated to teaching, encouraging and informing our students and the community about the sport of double dutch and rope jumping. Northwest Double Dutch aims to provide a jumping off point for you to become part of the local, national and international double dutch rope jumping community by keeping you informed of events, competitions and any other relevant information. If you or your organization have anything you'd like to share please send us an email!

During NWDD classes and camps you will have the opportunity to learn new tricks, meet new friends and have a great time. We have youth, adult and family classes available. Double dutch is the ideal sport for most ages and athletic abilities!

Students will learn and practice single rope basics, tricks and routines to warm-up before class begins. The majority of class time will be spent learning and practicing long rope and double dutch basics, tricks and games.

The focus of all Northwest Double Dutch classes is to have fun while promoting fitness, teamwork, respect and communication in a supportive and nurturing environment. NWDD classes are set to music and are high energy and super fun!

NorthWest Double Dutch was founded by Andrea (Aj) Gardner of Seattle's OntheDouble (dutch) double dutch rope jumping team. Andrea has been involved with the wide world of double dutch and theatrical athletic performance for 5 years and is excited to have the opportunity to share her experiences with and learn more from the community.
